BRIEF 07: INTIAL IDEAS

To start the brief I decided to collate the highlights from the brief and how I could work with it. 


Highlights

Produce a distinctive visual concept for the NSS & the YSS. Your designs should provide a consistent visual concept or identity that aligns the two surveys under the same promotional material. 


The brief requires you to submit a poster design for the campaign, which should include, One of the following straplines:

  1. “You said, we did”
  2. “Make Your Voice Heard”
  3. “Don’t Sit On The Fence”
  4. “Have Your Say”

 The titles ‘National Student Survey’ & ‘Your Student Survey’



Ideas

From the highlights I then started to list ways I could design the poster.

  • Typographically driven.
  • Bold block colours to stand out.
  • Possible reference to LCA colour system.
  • Create a series of 3 typographic posters that together would highlight the quote 'make your voice heard'.

Overview

With these ideas noted, I will now research into some type and poster arrangements for influence.
